Learn how to confidently join Zoom calls, turn on your camera and microphone, and navigate a virtual meeting with ease. This session walks you through everything step by step, including how to access meetings from an invite link, adjust audio and video settings, and use basic features like mute, chat, and reactions. You’ll also get practical tips for setting up Zoom on both smartphones and computers, troubleshooting common issues, and feeling more comfortable participating in online meetings.

Our senior technology programming is supported by a partnership with the towns of Northfield, Charlemont, Colrain, Leyden, Wendell and New Salem, and is funded by the Massachusetts Broadband Institute at the MassTech Collaborative under the Municipal Digital Equity Implementation Program. Funding was provided by Massachusetts ARPA State Fiscal Recovery Funds.
