About the Presenter
Anthony Reiber is the coordinator of the Farm and Food Systems and Environmental Conservation programs at GCC and teaches horticulture, soil science and organic gardening classes. He created and maintains the Outdoor Learning Lab gardens on the GCC campus to support science curricula.
