Back for the second year in a row, make a short film in two days for the annual Lights! Camera! Greenfield! Film Festival. Participants will work together to write a short film on day one, and shoot the film on day two. This fast paced workshop invites makers of all skills and levels to collaborate making one finished project in an extremely tight turn around. This program is the perfect way to get your hands wet in the world of filmmaking. Geared towards older adults but open to everyone. The finished film will premiere at the film festival at the Greenfield Garden Cinema on March 5.
Presented By...
Bella Levavi is the Station Manager for Greenfield Community Television. In addition to running the television station, she specializes in working with under-represented populations to learn video production skills and make videos of all calipers. She has had her films featured in a variety of local film festivals across Western Massachusetts including the Ashfield Film Festival, The Easthampton Film Festival, and The LAVA Center Film Festival. Outside of working at the station, she writes absurdist puppet musicals with her puppet company Free Pile Productions.
