Learn how to safely and confidently manage your bank account online. This workshop covers how to log into online banking, check balances, review transactions, and transfer money between accounts. We’ll also discuss how to set up alerts, pay bills online, and protect your financial information from fraud. Learn how to log into and navigate online banking platforms; check balances and review recent transactions; transfer money between accounts; set up account alerts for deposits, withdrawals or low balances; and use secure practices to protect financial information.

This program is made possible by a partnership with the towns of Northfield, Charlemont, Colrain, Leyden, Wendell and New Salem and is funded by the Massachusetts Broadband Institute at the MassTech Collaborative under the Municipal Digital Equity Implementation Program. With over a decade of experience helping individuals and entrepreneurs build practical tech skills, Stephanie specializes in empowering beginners—especially seniors and small-town business owners—with tools to confidently navigate the digital world. She regularly teaches for community centers and statewide workforce programs, with a focus on low-pressure, real-world applications like selling on eBay, building websites, or using AI for content creation. Her workshops are friendly, hands-on, and designed to make tech feel doable.
