This welcoming four-week course is an invitation to slow down and begin befriending your own human experience. Through a variety of meditation practices, you'll learn to meet your thoughts, emotions, and body with greater awareness, steadiness, and compassion.

Each week we'll explore a different meditation technique, receive simple guided instruction, practice together in silence, and close with an optional sharing circle where participants can reflect, listen, and learn from one another's experience.

Whether you're brand new to meditation or have an established practice, this course offers a supportive space to come home to yourself. Rather than trying to quiet or fix the mind, we'll learn how to relate to whatever is present with curiosity, kindness, and presence.

By the end of the course, you'll have a strong foundation in several meditation techniques and the confidence to continue your own daily practice.

This course is not:

  • Religious or sectarian
  • Group therapy or counseling
  • A theoretical or philosophical study
