Over four weeks, this calming course will guide you through a new meditation technique each session—building a well-rounded foundation for a practice you can carry into daily life. Each class combines guided instruction, a group meditation, and a heartfelt sharing circle for reflection and connection. Whether you are entirely new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this is an inviting space to explore, grow, and simply be. After this course, meditators will have the basic understanding of how to continue their own daily meditation practice.
