This interactive session provides participants with an overview of Reiki—its history, principles, and benefits—as well as clarify common misconceptions. The goal is to give attendees a foundational understanding of Reiki as a holistic energy practice that supports well-being, relaxation, and balance. This introductory class will also serve as a preliminary offering for Reiki I and Reiki II certification courses, which we hope to offer beginning in January 2026.

Sheryl is a sixth generation Reiki Master of the healing art of Mikao Usui who completed her training and certifications with Lourdes Gray at the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Training. She is a lifelong learner and a certified Regression—Soul Contact Hypnotherapist and a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Healer with certificates in Spiritualism, Healing and Mediumship, and was ordained as a Spiritualist Minister in September 2024.
