We'll review basic facts about the services and resources that palliative and hospice care programs offer, from diagnosis and along the continuum of the end-of-life journey. Many people are confused by the timing around hospice care, and most people never learn that palliative care is available to them. We'll discuss where to find information and resources to help you and your loved ones make informed care decisions when living with a terminal illness.
