Continuing Drawing: Focus on Landscapes
$175.00
GCC Main Campus
In stock
For students with some drawing experience, this eight-week class will focus on drawing the landscape. With just a few simple tools, we can enjoy being in nature and creating a record of our experience. Working mainly in pencil, we will practice seeing and depicting lights and darks, simplifying the landscape, mark-making for texture and expressivity, and simple perspective. We will also study master drawings for inspiration and ideas about technique. Suitable for anyone with drawing experience, whether you’ve taken this class before or not.
