Collective Dreamwork: An Embodied, Creative Approach to Understanding Your Dreams
$15.00
GCC Main Campus
Dreams offer a unique doorway into self-understanding, creativity, and growth. In this two-hour experiential workshop, participants will be introduced to a creative, embodied approach to exploring dreams in a supportive group setting. Through guided practices, you'll reconnect with the felt experience of a dream, engage in creative expression through simple art making, and participate in facilitated group reflection inspired by contemporary dreamwork methods.
Led by a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience facilitating embodied, creative, and depth-oriented healing practices, this workshop welcomes participants of all experience levels, from those who rarely remember their dreams to those with an established dream practice. No artistic experience is necessary, only curiosity and a sense of interest in your dreams.
Participants will leave with a fresh perspective on the wisdom of dreams, an introduction to practical tools for working with dreams on their own, and a firsthand experience of the insight, creativity, and connection that can emerge through shared dream exploration. Art supplies will be provided for the in-person session.
