In today’s digital world, protecting your personal information is more important than ever. In this practical, easy-to-follow session, Digital Navigator Rich Vaden walks participants through simple steps to safeguard their data online. Learn to check how your information appears in search results, control what is being tracked, create strong and memorable passwords, and use password managers. This session is designed to build confidence, reduce vulnerability, and give clear, actionable tools to stay secure online.

Our senior technology programming is supported by a partnership with the towns of Northfield, Charlemont, Colrain, Leyden, Wendell and New Salem, and is funded by the Massachusetts Broadband Institute at the MassTech Collaborative under the Municipal Digital Equity Implementation Program. Funding was provided by Massachusetts ARPA State Fiscal Recovery Funds.
