Theater Production Workshop

Join GCC's theater program to participate in each semester's unique theater production. This spring GCC presents The Laramie Project by Moisés Kaufman, a play revolving around the 1998 horrific death of openly gay University of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard, who was brutally beaten and left to die mainly—if not fully—due to his sexual orientation. Over 60 characters with actors playing multiple roles; open to everyone with flexible casting for all ages and genders—no experience necessary. Meeting times for the workshop will be arranged, but will generally fall between 5-8 p.m., one to five times a week, depending on the role or position.
