A SWOT analysis is for everyone! This process is one of of self analysis and includes reflection of one's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It is designed to be used as a self developmental tool to make meaningful changes in your life and the life of your family. It allows you to focus on your strengths versus your challenges! This is a great workshop for college students, families/parents and retired adults. It’s a terrific way to examine how to build better relationships regardless of where you are in life.

Sheeba Pattattu Sankaran has 23 years of experience in the mental health field. She has served as an Assistant Lecturer at various universities in India and Qatar and has six years of experience in public speaking as a radio announcer. Her qualifications include R.N., B.S.N., M.S.N. and a Ph.D.
