Have you heard the term “mindfulness” and wondered what it means? In this informative and hands-on session for non-meditators, you’ll learn what mindfulness is—as well as basic principles and practices you can incorporate into your daily life to enhance your personal well-being.

Presented By...

JL Donohue is a seasoned, strategic communication professor and professional, as well as meditation teacher. She completed The Mindfulness Center’s Science of Mindful Awareness (SOMA) Meditation Teacher Training program and studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) among other meditation- and contemplative-related content. She’s excited to share how living more mindfully can enhance your personal and professional well-being!
