Jarice Hanson is a resident of Whately and Professor Emerita of Communication at UMass–Amherst. She is a member of Actors’ Equity (AEA) and the Screen Actors’ Guild (SAG-AFTRA). Hanson has hosted public television programs at WGBY (Springfield) and WHYY (Philadelphia), and has performed in theaters throughout New England, including leading roles in recent Provincetown Theater productions.
